2. Services Provided

SEO Alpharetta offers digital marketing and SEO solutions, including SEO audits, local SEO optimization, technical website optimization, keyword strategy, content development, link building, and performance monitoring. All services are customized to your business goals.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, grant necessary access (e.g., website logins, analytics tools, Google Search Console), and comply with all applicable laws related to your website and business.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in proposals or contracts. Services may be paused or terminated for late or non-payment. Any retainers or prepayments are applied to the agreed scope of work.

5. Intellectual Property

Strategies, reports, deliverables, and proprietary SEO techniques remain the intellectual property of SEO Alpharetta unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for your business.

6. No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or results due to factors outside our control (algorithm changes, competitor actions, site changes). We commit to best practices and transparent reporting.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Alpharetta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 90 days.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Venue and jurisdiction lie in Fulton County, Georgia.
